About Neoria

We built the platform we needed.

Neoria is a cross-border intelligence platform helping individuals, companies and advisors make better relocation and jurisdictional decisions through structured data, simulation and real-world experience.

We built it after relocating internationally three times and setting up businesses across multiple jurisdictions — experiencing first-hand how fragmented and inconsistent cross-border decision-making can be.

    Why We Built Neoria

Moving countries is often presented as exciting, strategic and full of opportunity. In reality, it can be messy, fragmented and stressful.

Every major move forces people to weigh overlapping questions: tax exposure, visa pathways, cost of living, business conditions, healthcare, education, infrastructure, safety, lifestyle fit and long-term stability.

Before building Neoria, we experienced the same problem repeatedly. The information was available, but it was scattered across government websites, advisors, cost-of-living tools, property searches, informal local knowledge and generic country rankings. Some of it was useful. Some of it was incomplete. Some of it contradicted everything else.

So we built Neoria: a platform designed to model the financial, practical, lifestyle and jurisdictional trade-offs behind a major move before time, money and momentum are committed.

    The Challenge

    The problem we kept facing

    • Information is scattered across government sources, advisors, tools and informal networks — with no single place to compare it.
    • Advice is often contradictory, jurisdiction-specific or influenced by individual advisor perspective.
    • There is no standard framework for comparing destinations around personal, family and business priorities together.

    What Neoria Does

Neoria helps users simulate and compare cross-border decisions across personal, family, corporate and advisory use cases.

    For individuals and families

Neoria helps people assess relocation options across cost of living, tax exposure, visa pathways, lifestyle fit, safety, infrastructure, healthcare, education and long-term suitability.

    For companies and founders

Neoria helps leadership teams evaluate jurisdictions for business relocation, international expansion, operational resilience and founder mobility.

    For advisors

Neoria helps tax advisors, immigration lawyers, relocation specialists, wealth advisors and family offices turn fragmented cross-border research into a more structured, repeatable and client-ready workflow.

    Our Approach

Neoria brings together structured data, real-world context and proprietary decision logic to help users make more confident cross-border decisions.

    Structured intelligence

Neoria combines institutional datasets, jurisdictional research and normalized country-level inputs to support more consistent comparison across markets.

    Real-world context

The platform is designed around the practical realities of relocation and expansion: cost friction, lifestyle trade-offs, advisor workflows, SME constraints, family needs and local market conditions.

    Decision logic

Neoria's proprietary decision engines translate complex inputs into structured outputs, helping users compare options, identify risks and focus deeper analysis where it matters most.

What Neoria Is — and Is Not

    What Neoria is

Neoria is a software platform for relocation and jurisdictional analysis. It helps users structure decisions, compare options and understand trade-offs.

    What Neoria is not

Neoria does not replace regulated tax, legal, immigration, financial or investment advice. Where decisions require formal advice, users should consult qualified professionals.
